1- Saeed Khalifa, could you describe your Lifestyle in Few words?
– I am a stubborn workaholic. I never quit, so my life is split between my work and my family. Family is a big part of my life. Its very important for me to find that kind of balance.
When im making things happen I love to relax with my family. I cook a lot and read a lot 🙂
2- When did your exposure to photography started? and how?
For me photography was a happy accident. It was a transition that started with wanting to be a fashion designer. As a child I drew the dresses I saw on tv and in music videos. Photography was the result of my obsession with fashion imagery. Its always about creating a fantasy. It was breath taking for me as a little boy.
3- As a Photographer, you must find inspiration everywhere, and absorb it. But could you tell us how can you inspire others?
Im not aware if I do inspire others. I really hope I do. But a lot of the people that follow what I do and who work with me always comment on how much I love my work. They say it shows. I hope my passion moves them that way. There is no greater pleasure in life than loving what you do. It gives back infinitely.
4- What will be the few words you would tell Children today?
Allow yourself to grow and have fun doing it. Do it in honesty and with drive. It will give you so much back. Dont second guess how you feel. Find something you are passionate about and nurture it.
5- Based on the following description, how would you relate to the Mayshad Woman?
To Be a Mayshad Woman, is a Choice a Woman makes to live a stimulated life with a positive Philosophy based on Gratitude, Acceptance and Accomplishment, in order to Be Who She Wants to Be.
She handles different Aspects of her Life with Confidence, and makes sure to always remain Herself, guarding her own values.
She is a free spirit, who designs her own Life inspiring others to do the same.
– I am a man raised by women. The women in my life are the biggest influeces in everything I do. The love and support I have recieved from women throughout my life and my work is something that molds me today. I find the strength in me comes directly from women. Women fight for what they believe in but they learn along the way. I accept anyone and anything that comes my way and I am grateful for it. Ive worked hard for my career in a community where this is nonexistant. These are my values and I can see that people around me are taking that too. Maybe thats how I relate to a Mayshad woman ?
